Refund policy

We make every effort to make sure that you will be happy with your product and in the rare case should you have any concerns with an item you purchased, including faults, please contact us sales@behindthetreeswoodentoys.com.au and we will try our best to resolve your concern quickly. 

Please note, we do not refund original shipping fees, nor do we cover return shipping fees. We recommend you use registered post or a trackable courier when returning an item, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us. Refunds may take up to two days to appear in your account.
